Born in Laredo, Texas, Sergio Barrero first read about Jesus Christ during the spring of his senior year in high school. From then on, Sergio has had a desire to live for and seek after God. In 2000, Sergio moved to Kingsville, Texas to attend college. During that time, he taught himself how to play guitar. He began to play for a children's ministry at a nearby church, and later became the praise and worship team leader for a christian organization called Chi Alpha Campus Ministries at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Over the past six years Sergio has written songs about living life for God, and about the new life found in Jesus Christ. Sergio recorded the songs on this demo while living in California during his time at Camfel Productions and hopes to release a full-length album titled: A Promise For A Season's End.
